Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made before April 1, 2013 will incur a 25% processing fee. Requests for refunds must be made by March 31, 2013; no requests for refunds will be honored as of April 1, 2013. The $50.00 ANNY membership fee is non-refundable.
Hotel Booking and Availability:
The official conference hotel for the event is: The Thayer Hotel at West Point. No rooms have been blocked or reserved for the event, so conference registrants wishing to stay at the Thayer are encouraged to book early. For additional hotels in the area, consult the "Hotel Information" sheet attached to this announcement for a list of recomended area hotels identified as "overflow hotels" for the ANNY event.
Parking and Transportation:
Parking at the United States Military Academy will be offered to conference attendees free-of-charge at the Thayer Hotel.  Transportation on the USMA campus is restricted, but a bus service will be available in the mornings prior to the start of the day’s events, and at the conclusion of the day.  Attendees should plan ahead, as bus service will not be available outside of prescribed times.  More information will be sent to conference registrants prior to the event.
